To whom it may concern BUPA Australia Health (trading as HBA in Victoria and Mutual Community in South Australia) has enjoyed an extremely satisifying relationship with Placard Pty Ltd since 1998, when we first introduced member cards to our membership base. Over the years, I personally have found the level of service and commitment demonstrated by all representatives of Placard to be of a very high standard. There is a clear sense of working together and in total collaboration, something I would see as an essential element in the success of any client-supplier relationship. The nature of our business can be very complicated and Placard has continually demonstrated an ability to understand and meet our stringent requirements. We currently manage and process some 300,000 cards per year through Placard, across more than 10 different card types.
