Further to the Gold award won by Placard in November 2005 at the ICMA Elan Awards, we have now been chosen  as a finalist for the Innovative Product (consumer) category in the 2006 Manufacturers' Monthly Endeavour Awards.

On behalf of Placard I would like to congratulate our Manufacturing team on the excellent work done and also wish them well for a successful outcome on 31 August when the winners are announced in Sydney.

Being selected as a finalist in this prestigious competition is testimony to everyone at Placard, all who have tirelessly contributed in transforming our company from “just another card printer” to becoming  the market leader in Australia and to being regarded as the most innovative company with an ever increasing product range.

I have no doubt with this continuing commitment for it staff, Placard will continue to grow and will remain a great company to work with, have fun in, be innovative and be proud to be associated with, all of which simply means – a secure future for all of our staff and customers.
